How to setup your computer for ZOOM


You’ll need:

  • A computer or laptop
  • A camera (most laptops have these built in)
  • Microphone and speakers (most laptops have these built in) – or a headset
  • Good internet access
  • An email account


  1. Ensure your computer is connected to the internet
  2. Make sure your camera, microphone and speakers are connected
  3. Click the BLUE BUTTON below and sign up for Zoom (they will send you an email to confirm your details)
  4. When you book an appointment we’ll send you an email with the meeting number
  5. That’s it – When it’s time for the appointment just click the link in the email we’ve sent you
